Invited Speakers and Oral Presentations Selected from Abstracts

All meeting rooms will be equipped with Microsoft Windows based laptops. All speakers are encouraged to arrive 30 min before the session starts. Techni­cians will assist in uploading your ppt files. Verification of proper performance at the projection system is essential, particularly if video and/or animation are included in the presentation.

Structure of Long Session (90min)

Longer session usually contains three longer presentations and one shorter pre­sentation of younger scientists.

25 min, 25 min, 25 min, 15 min

Short Session (80 min)

30 min, 25 min, 25 min

Session Chairs are encouraged to inform/remind each invited speaker and oral presenter the time s/he has before the meeting.

Poster Presentations

The ideal size of the poster should be in A0 format – (width: 841 mm x height: 1189 mm;33 1/8 x46 3/4 in). Presenters should hang their posters no later than 9 a.m. on the day of the presentation and remove them at the end of their poster session.10 – Introduction

Presenters are expected to be at their poster boards during the assigned session presentation time.

The Poster Viewing and Poster Presentation Sessions will be held after lunchtime (1:30 – 2:30 PM).

Please note remaining posters cannot be stored and will be disposed.
