Hotel Olšanka Symposium Venue

Price per room: price includes breakfast, 12% VAT and city tax.

Single room: 80 EUR

Double room: 90 EUR

Room facilities includes LCD flat-screen TV with satellite, writing desk with a chair, safe deposit box, private bathroom with hairdryer, high-speed WiFi.

Parking lots available - price per day 400 CZK, reservation necessary.

There is a tram stop in front of the hotel with a direct connection to city centre by lines no. 5 or 9 (10 minutes ride, 5 stops to Wenceslas Square).

While staying at hotel Olšanka, you can access a wellness area and spa lounge. Steam room, Jacuzzi and a sauna, indoor swimming pool and large sports centre, all available for additional charge.

How to get from Vaclav Havel airport to the meeting venue – hotel Olšanka

You can use taxi service (Uber Airport: https://www.prg.aero/en/taxi - From Vaclav Havel airport to Hotel Olšanka you will be charged about 700 CZK).

Public transport: Bus stops are right in front of the Airport building. Board bus no. 119 and exit on Divoká Šárka station (direction Nádraží Veleslavín, 8 stops, 12 minute ride). On the same stop, board tram no. 26 and exit on Olšanské náměstí station (direction Nádraží Hostivař, 24 stops, 39 minute ride). You will be right in front of the hotel. You can purchase tickets in the Visitor Centre, at the Prague Public Transit company in Arrival Halls or from ticket vending machines directly at the bus stop.
