How to Register
To register for the Symposium, please fill in the online Registration Form.
Registration form will be open starting November 15, 2023.
For group registration (more than 10 participants), please contact the Secretariat at email address mdoprague2024@cbttravel.cz
Methods of Payment
Registration fees must be paid by one of the following methods:
1. By Credit Card
All major credit cards are accepted (VISA, Eurocard/Master Card). According to the Czech law, credit cards will be charged in local currency / Czech Crowns (CZK) by actual exchange rate.
2. By Bank Transfer

All bank charges are to be covered by remitter so the beneficiary receives the complete payment.
Cancellations and Refunds
The Symposium Secretariat must be notified of any cancellaltion in writing by e-mail at mdoprague2024@cbttravel.cz. Cancellation by phone call will not be accepted. The appropriate refunds will be made after the Symposium.
Cancellation Conditions
Before March 31, 2024: | full refund of the registration fee, handling fee of EUR 50 will be deducted |
April 1 - April 31, 2024: | 50 % of the registration fee |
From May 1, 2024: | no refund, only a name change can be accepted |
