New Information for abstracts deadlines
The deadline for abstract submissions to be considered for the oral presentation and Poster awards are extended to 14 April 2024.
The deadline for abstract submissions for the poster presentation only is extended to 30 April 2024.
Abstracts to be included in the book of abstracts can only be accepted until 30 April 2024.
Late posters (not to be included in the Book of Abstracts) will be accepted from 1 May 2024.
Abstracts will be published in the Book of Abstracts. Abstracts of one A4 page formatted according to the template will be included without further editing.
Authors are solely responsible for the factual and formal correctness of the abstract.
Abstracts in "docx" format are accepted online in the registration form by selecting "add abstract".
Important: Submission of an abstract does NOT substitute registration for participation.

How to Register
To register for the Symposium, please fill in the Online registration form.
For group registration (more than 10 participants), please contact the Secretariat at email address mdoprague2024@cbttravel.cz
Abstracts
The abstracts will be published in the Book of Abstracts. The individual contributions in the extent of one A4 page formatted according to the template will be placed without further editing. The authors are responsible for the factual as well as formal correctness of the abstract. The abstracts as “docx” files are accepted on-line, when indicated in the registration form by selecting “add abstract”.
Important: The submission of a paper DOES NOT substitute the registration for the participation.

Methods of Payment
Registration fees must be paid by one of the following methods:
1. By Credit Card
All major credit cards are accepted (VISA, Eurocard/Master Card). According to the Czech law, credit cards will be charged in local currency / Czech Crowns (CZK) by actual exchange rate.

All bank charges are to be covered by remitter so the beneficiary receives the complete payment.
Cancellations and Refunds
The Symposium Secretariat must be notified of any cancellaltion in writing by e-mail at mdoprague2024@cbttravel.cz. Cancellation by phone call will not be accepted. The appropriate refunds will be made after the Symposium.
Cancellation Conditions
| Until April 30, 2024: | full refund of the registration fee, handling fee of EUR 50 will be deducted |
| May 1 - May 31, 2024: | 50 % of the registration fee |
| From June 1, 2024: | no refund, only a name change can be accepted |
