How to Register

To register for the Symposium, please fill in the Online registration form.
For group registration (more than 10 participants), please contact the Secretariat at email address mdoprague2024@cbttravel.cz

Abstracts

The abstracts will be published in the Book of Abstracts. The individual contributions in the extent of one A4 page formatted according to the template will be placed without further editing. The authors are responsible for the factual as well as formal correctness of the abstract. The abstracts as “docx” files are accepted on-line, when indicated in the registration form by selecting “add abstract”.

Important: The submission of a paper DOES NOT substitute the registration for the participation.

All abstracts should be received before 31 March 2024 to be included in Book of Abstracts.

Methods of Payment

Registration fees must be paid by one of the following methods:

1. By Credit Card

All major credit cards are accepted (VISA, Eurocard/Master Card). According to the Czech law, credit cards will be charged in local currency / Czech Crowns (CZK) by actual exchange rate.

All bank charges are to be covered by remitter so the beneficiary receives the complete payment.

Cancellations and Refunds

The Symposium Secretariat must be notified of any cancellaltion in writing by e-mail at mdoprague2024@cbttravel.cz. Cancellation by phone call will not be accepted. The appropriate refunds will be made after the Symposium.

Cancellation Conditions

Before March 31, 2024:full refund of the registration fee, handling fee of EUR 50 will be deducted
April 1 - April 31, 2024:50 % of the registration fee
From May 1, 2024:no refund, only a name change can be accepted
