MDO is scheduled to be held in Prague, July 7 - 10, 2024
More information will follow later on.
Dear Colleagues,
In 2024, Prague will be hosting the 25th MDO International Meeting under the theme From Structures to Regulations and Modeling. The organizers are convinced that time is now ripe to discuss and elucidate the ties connecting the structure of the drug metabolizing systems with subtle regulations governing their activity and expression and to find appropriate models for this complex phenomena, crucial for human health and rational drug use. The chosen theme of the meeting and the construction of its program are reflecting this idea.
The language of the meeting will be English, and the organizers expect contributions in the form of Plenary Lectures (invited), Short Oral Communications and Posters. The scientific program will be divided into several thematic Symposia. In addition, the participant will be offered an interesting social program.
The venue will be a contemporary building of the Faculty of Architecture of the Czech Technical University in Prague, conveniently located not far from the Prague International Airport and with an easy access to the city historical center. For the accommodation, the participant may choose from hotels close to the venue; also some cheaper possibilities for students will be offered.
Prague, located in the heart of Central Europe, is highly acclaimed for its unique mix of medieval architecture and well-preserved monuments. Its historic center is designated as the UNESCO World Heritage. The city has also a rich cultural and social life and offers also many opportunities for exciting excursions in its vicinity with charming castles and smaller towns. As part of the program prepared for the accompanying persons, a guided sightseeing tour in the city and excursions to other famous Czech places will be offered.
The registration and submission of abstracts are expected to start towards the end of 2023. We are looking forward to meeet you in Prague.
